Raiders ink two from draft class

07/09/2010 - Oakland, CA (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - The Oakland Raiders have signed offensive linemen Jared Veldheer and Bruce Campbell, two members of the team's 2010 draft class.

Veldheer, taken 69th overall in the third round, started 46 games at left tackle for Division II Hillsdale College where he was both a three-time All- Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference selection and three-time Offensive Lineman of the Year winner.

At 6-foot-8 and 315 pounds, Veldheer was voted an All-American last year as a senior.

The 6-foot-6, 315-pound Campbell was selected in the fourth round, 106th overall out of Maryland. He made himself eligible for the draft despite struggling through injuries as a junior in 2009. He started 17 of the 27 games he played in for the Terrapins at the tackle position.
